Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The product received is not the same as what was ordered.
  • The product was lost in transit and not delivered.
  • The order was cancelled before it was shipped.

2. Refund Process

To process a refund request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to sagarterraart2024@gmail.com along with the following:

  • Order ID and Contact Information
  • Photographs of the defective/damaged product
  • Clear description of the issue
Our team will review the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Method

Once your refund is approved, the refund amount will be processed using the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, etc.). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically credited within 7–10 business days after approval. The exact time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Once we receive your returned product, please allow up to 48 hours for inspection and approval

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in color, shape, or design due to the handmade nature of the products.
  • If the product was damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery.
  • Delayed deliveries caused by courier partners due to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.
