We have made every effort to display the color of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and also on the lighting effects, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be accurate.

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Since most of the products available on Sagar Terracotta are handmade and unique, there may be irregularities and inconsistencies in the products and their designs. The product in the picture may differ slightly from the product received, in terms of minor impressions, color shades, variations, etc., since two handmade products are never the same. This is what makes the handcrafted product exclusive and unique. We strive to provide the same product as shown, however minor human errors are unavoidable. Please keep this in mind before placing the order.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Sagar Terracotta will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on our website. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions due to any act/omission of the vendor. This disclaimer also applies to damages caused by failure of performance, negligence, deletion, errors, viruses, theft, or unauthorized access.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Sagar Terracotta.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Sagar Terracotta reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason, even if the order is confirmed and payment is received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed accordingly.

6. Non-Delivery Due to User Error

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete address or recipient not available), any extra cost incurred by Sagar Terracotta for re-delivery shall be claimed from the user.

7. User Information

The user agrees to provide accurate, authentic, and true information. Sagar Terracotta reserves the right to verify and validate user details at any point. If any detail is found to be false, Sagar Terracotta may reject the registration or debar the user without prior notice.

8. Credit Card Usage

Sagar Terracotta will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The user bears all responsibility for any fraudulent card usage and must prove otherwise.

9. Complaints

Sagar Terracotta shall not entertain any complaints after 7 days once the order is delivered.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information such as name, email, and address collected for order processing and communication will be kept confidential to protect user privacy.
